Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Villa! Your satisfaction is our satisfaction and we hope that you are happy with your purchase(s). If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase we’re here to help.

You may return or exchange any unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase. To receive your money back or exchange the item, you need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt along with the item you’re returning. To receive a full refund, the item being returned/refunded needs to be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that the refund does not include shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the courier fees to return the item/s.

Please note that if an item reaches us and is not in the original condition or as specified in your initial return request you may not be eligible for a refund and will be charged another shipping fee to get the original item back to you.

Sale items are not refundable.

Returns received after 30 days will be given credit that you can use with us online. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

If you receive the wrong product, or it has missing parts or is damaged, please let us know within 7 days. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Be sure to leave the product as is without removing it from its original packaging or any labels and stickers. Once you have notified us, we will collect the product from you at no extra charge. You can then choose if you would like the correct item delivered to you (stock dependant) within 2-5 days, or you can choose to receive a refund (using the same method of payment you used for the original purchase).
