Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.
When your order is dispatched
Items in stock are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. If an item is not in stock, it can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch, and we will let you know.
How long delivery takes
Once your order is dispatched, The Courier Guy usually delivers within 3 to 4 working days. Outlying areas can take longer. The courier sets its own delivery times, so we cannot book a specific delivery time for you.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. The cost depends on the items in your order and the province you are delivering to. Larger items such as furniture, floating pool loungers, pool pillows and large baskets have their own delivery rate.
Free delivery over R1,499
Decor orders over R1,499 qualify for free delivery. Free delivery excludes Floating Pool Loungers, Pool Pillows, the Umtsala Coffee Table, Chairs, Large Woven Baskets, Hanging Baskets, Furniture and selected items.
Furniture
Furniture is released for delivery once the invoice has been paid in full.
Receiving your order
We deliver to the address you give us at checkout or confirm with us in writing. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. Your order is treated as received once it has been delivered to that address.
