Shipping Policy

Shipping rates will vary according to the weight and dimensions of the product you are purchasing as well as the delivery address.

Free delivery over R1000 excludes the following products: Floating Pool Loungers, Pool Pillows, Umtsala Coffee Table, Chairs, Large Woven Baskets, Hanging Basket, Furniture and selected items.

We will not be able to release any furniture until invoices have been settled in advance.

Due to the nature of a courier company, it is not possible to schedule a certain time for the product to be delivered. The courier company is solely in charge of their delivery times.

Delivery of the Product shall take place at the address specified by the Customer on the Website or via email or otherwise communicated in writing to the Company, and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Product upon their delivery to such address. The Customer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery for the Product whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Delivery fees will be communicated to the Customer at the time of placing the order for the Product and all delivery fees will be paid for by the Customer at the time of completing the checkout process and making payment for the Product.
